Initial Consultation
Our landscape designer will visit your home to discuss your new garden. During this meeting we will share ideas and identify factors which may influence the style of your garden. Factors may include the architectural style of your home, whether you have young children and other important elements which influence your lifestyle. If you do not have a clear vision for your garden, our landscape designer can suggest ideas which will suit your home. After the initial consultation you will receive a written estimate for the garden design.
Initial Consultation Fee: $200 (plus GST)
Preliminary Design Concept
Living Landscaping performs a site evaluation of your garden to make sure all features are accurately accounted for. Our landscape designer will then prepare a full colour concept plan so you can clearly see what your new garden will look like. Hard landscaping features such as pergolas, retaining walls and fountains are included in the concept plan. A planting plan will also be prepared, allowing you to view the plants we recommend for your outdoor space. The concept plan will be presented to you at our office where you will have the opportunity to:
- Review the plan.
- Provide feedback.
- View samples of materials.
Preliminary Concept Design Fee: $150 (plus GST) per hour
Final Landscape Design
The final landscape design phase begins when your concept design has been approved. During this phase:
Your choice of plants will be finalised.
A planting schedule will be prepared, including plant quantities, pot sizes and key information about soil and plant development.
Your final landscape design will be drawn in colour to 1:100 scale.
Final plans will be handed over during a meeting in our office.
Final Landscape Design Fee: $150 (plus GST) per hour
